The Orlando Amtrak Station is near downtown Orlando at 1400 Sligh Blvd. Trains on the Silver Meteor and Silver Star routes stop at this historic 1926 station with service to cities including Tampa, Miami, Jacksonville, Washington D.C. and New York City. Things to Know
- Drive time to downtown Orlando is less than 10 minutes (get a taxi, Uber or Lyft car) and about 20 minutes to Universal Studios and the entrance of the Disney World Resort.
- Kissimmee Amtrak Station is closer to Disney World in terms of miles, and multiple car rental companies are near that station as another option.
- There is one hotel in walking distance if needed: Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando South Downtown/Medical Center (note that we might make a small commission if you book a hotel through this website).
