Overview
Canada’s largest city, Toronto is full of things to see and do. One Amtrak train arrives and departs from Toronto each day, and proper documentation is needed to cross the US-Canadian border (such as a passport).

The Maple Leaf Amtrak route travels to Toronto from New York City and cities in Upstate New York. Trains stop at a total of six stations in Canada, including Toronto.

The Toronto Union Station is in the Old Toronto District near the CN Tower, Hockey Hall of Fame and the Scotiabank Arena. You can easily walk to hotels, restaurants, the subway, streetcars and tourist attractions.
