Things to Know

Arrive 45 minutes early if you plan to check bags or need extra assistance (otherwise, 30 minutes before departure).
There are multiple parking lots at the station. Look for the Amtrak parking on the east side of the tracks (ocean/city side – get directions) and ask staff for a overnight parking pass when you arrive if needed.
If you plan to travel from West Palm Beach to another city in South Florida, book tickets on Tri-Rail, including to reach downtown Miami.
Brightline offers a high-speed rail option between the Orlando Airport and West Palm Beach. If you are traveling between these two areas, Brightline is the better option than Amtrak.
There is an Enterprise rental car office nearby if you want to rent a car after you arrive. Pick-up service is available; book your reservation in advance and coordinate with the local office on a ride.
