Things to Know
- Arrive 45 minutes early if you plan to check bags or need extra assistance (otherwise, 30 minutes before departure).
- There are multiple parking lots at the station. Look for the Amtrak parking on the east side of the tracks (ocean/city side – get directions) and ask staff for a overnight parking pass when you arrive if needed.
- If you plan to travel from West Palm Beach to another city in South Florida, book tickets on Tri-Rail, including to reach downtown Miami.
- Brightline offers a high-speed rail option between the Orlando Airport and West Palm Beach. If you are traveling between these two areas, Brightline is the better option than Amtrak.
- There is an Enterprise rental car office nearby if you want to rent a car after you arrive. Pick-up service is available; book your reservation in advance and coordinate with the local office on a ride.
