Overview

Multiple Amtrak routes travel to Richmond, Virginia from cities on the East Coast. There are also two train stations: one is downtown (Main Street) and the other is about seven miles northwest of downtown near the Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden (Staples Mill).

Northeast Regional trains stop at Richmond’s Main Street and Staples Mill stations.

The following Amtrak routes only stop at Staples Mill:

• Silver Star
